By the way i had got the cylinder sleeved from such kind of a person u mentioned... and seize ka to koi chakar hi nahin hay... i drove it constantly it for almost 250 KM with almost 2-3 stays of 5 mins and it didn't seized... and the piston is also working fine... the problem was with the mechanic who put the piston last time...
The other problem was with the con. rod, which was very very loose... luckily i found 1 piece of a Japanese one lying with one of my friends... installed it in my engine yesterday and now the bike is telling me that i am RX
Few things that are left are putting a RX 135 Clutch box and current coil in it ... and then boom it will be perfect (even with a sleeved cylinder :P)... but still with the existing clutch box the response is very great...
