I had the haynes manual for the RXS100 in Karachi. they are the same thing as 115 - I rebuilt my bike about 7 years ago, it never required a rebuild or adjustment after that, rode it for more than 120,000 kms using 3 spark plugs - city/highway/mountains everything - everyone who saw it used to say theyve never seen an RX115 like mine - looks original and performs like a showroom bike.
I remember a few things about adjustment of these engines. but when adjusted to factory specs they can TORQUE, I mean you wont have a dead spot in the rpm range. One thing I cant emphasize more is running the autolube system with proper JASO FB mineral oil (emarat/ZIC) (oil NOT mixed in the fuel) it makes the mixture stay even - adding oil to the fuel weakens the mixture and overheats the engine
