the only difference is the initial torque application on the new bolt - and if you use this thread locker, only apply it to 3 threads - not more and make more than sure that the threading in the crankshaft is clean and dry.
to install - place the woodruff key in the crank nose, install the pulley - screw on the bolt, tighten to 20 lb/ft (this quite gentle) - then take some yellow paint and mark the bolt and pulley - now you have to exercise your muscles - lock the crank pulley somehow, use a breaker bar and heave on the thing so the paint mark you made is now 60 degrees after the mark on the pulley you made. JOB DONE.
btw - crank pulley bolts are never thread locked but "thread sealed" and not even required in your application.
