Gents,
I have a 2012 Honda Civic (Reborn). I would like to change its tyres asap. Based on research and extensive discussions with friends, family, enthusiasts, and dealers, I have shortlisted the following:
- Pirelli P1
- Michelin Energy Saver
- Yokohama Advan dB 551
I would like to get 205/65/R15 94 H/T.
Problems:
Research reveals that P1's come in the following variants: P1 Verde, P1 Cinturato and Cinturato P1 Verde. I am unsure about which of these are the best.
I am getting P1 Cinturato 205/65/R15 94 T for 34k (Turkey) - Trust the guy so don't expect fakes. Another vendor quotes 40k, but model details are not confirmed (waiting for pictures)
I am tilted towards P1's, but based on your experience(s) are these the best amongst the 3 choices?
Michelin costs 42k. Yoko are short in Karachi, and should cost 44k as per dealers.
I need help in figuring out which way is the best to go. Pirelli's seem like the best choice - Have heard great reviews, and they seem to offer the most bang-for-buck as well.
Do share your experiences, as well as details on pricing, the model I should look for, as well as the contact details of vendors you can vouch for.
Regards.
