Can anybody tell me the solution that too much fumes of petrol accumulats in the petrol tank so the car stops and doesn't take power, you have to stop the car and take gas out of the petrol tank then start the car. This stopping off car can happen any time any where so it is very dangerous for me. Any solution ? My car is 2009 Toyota corolla GLi.

Clean or change your petrol cap to ensure release of excess fumes. Also check for airpipe in your petrol tank, i dont know if its there or not in Corolla.

The cap is clean and don't know about the airpipe if it's there or not
Check evop purge valve and its connections (Electrical + Hoses connected to it).
Thanks for the reply, can you guide me to its location and repair
I don't know its exact location in corolla 2009 but it should be installed at inlet manifold or firewall behind the inlet manifold.
