Did you restore the wiring of purge valve?
any recent tune up/maintenance history?a stuck idle air control valve causes poor idling. in that case complete throttle body service is required.
yes ..he should restore every thing else in original shape.. purge valve and its wirings are absolutely fine...

update.i have observed that after changing vacuum hoses points filling of petrol also gets smooth... no stoping of filling nozzle during petrol fill up..which happen in almost every mehran..
U mean that when we fill the tank up the petrol went out from tank ...
