How to increase performance in GLI

i had bought a corolla GLI 2009.......it was driven 20000kms then i installed CNG and now i have driven it for about 34000kms its performance is moderate due to its weight can any one tell me that after installing denso IK20 spark plugs how much performance will increase and what other things i should do to incerase its performance..........Please help..

sell it and buy a used altis previous model as its cheap than new gli and also Most fastest in its class and as fast as R18

ground wires will not make a huge difference, just smoother idling and bit responsive accleration.
add a cold air intake. shud give a noticeable difference.
