Dear poster
I own a 99 civic exi. I bought it back in 2007 once it was only 27k driven. Now it has clocked 96k. Believe in me, its front suspension has never been opened. But I have changed rear suspension bushes once. So, here fellow pw members stating this civic's model suspension cumbersome may b resultant of after market or lower quality parts which give up easily.
Now coming to your question regarding selling ur corolla. I have driven both of them. My opinion is nt to sell ur corolla. Y? Because until n unless u find a civic with proper service history, dnt go for a civic as most of the civics are abused. Body wise they seem to be ok but mechanical side turns out to be a pain, especially their transmission side due to weak clutch plate/pressure plate. Those who have well kept civics, they are nt even willing to sell them for 800, 900k. So my advise is nt to go for civic and ur jdm corolla is one of the best models.
