Tough requirement. As you budget is limited so the options are few as you have mentioned.
Toyota Corolla will be the highest priced used car and the oldest. But its parts should be easily available and mechanics should be able to repair it should anything go wrong while you are on a long journey. But it will also be the one with most mileage and probably in not so good condition.
The Suzuki Baleno was introduced in 2001 and its a good car with easy spares availability and generally understood by most mechanics. Its price will be lowest probably but again that's based on its condition.
Suzuki Liana seems to be a good car with all features but it is rumoured that earlier models of Liana had some problem with engine heads or something. Later rectified in newer models. Its the newest among the three but it has poor resale so if you buy one you probably won't be able to sell it off easily.
If you ask me I would try to buy a smaller but newer car. Decision is yours
