try resetting it by taking out the fuses, out of my memory i remember it was fuse #6 in the rear SAM and Check upper control panel fuse #31 (5A) and CDC #26 (7.5A) at interior fuse panel if fine, pull wait a few minutes and reinstall this may reset. sometimes the location vries by model.
this happens when if you are ejecting a cd and you accidentally press the button to close the door and it closes on to the ejecting cd it will stop, people than close it by hand which breaks it or makes it need resetting, if yours is not broken already this fix should work, if it is then the cogs on which the door opens are probably broken and you would need to check from WIS whether the particular mechanism can be ordered separately or not,
the rear sam is 140 in the picture in meeting case you don't know, rest you can see the owners manual the locations of the other fuse boxes.
