Suzuki Kei My New Ride - Page 7

I imported this car i.e. Suzuki Kei along with the two Suzuki Altos. I was confused about whish car amongst these to keep. I used Alto 2004 with Auto Transmission for 3-4 days. Then I got the delivery of Suzuki Kei. After driving it for a while, Me and my family fell in love with this car being spacious, having comfortable seating especially the rear seats and cutest looking amongst the Suzuki 660CC cars.

The Specs of the car are as under:

Suzuki Kei
Model: 2005
Auto Transmission with Overdrive Control
Color: Gun Metallic
Engine 660CC Efi
12 Valves and 3 Cylinders .
Odometer at delivery: 3600 KMs

Safety Features:
SRS Airbags ( Driver and Passenger)
ABS Brakes

Accessories:

Power Locks with Remote Locking/Unlocking
Power Windows
Power/Retractable Side View Mirrors
Car Audio System (Clarion Tape, CD and Radio with 4 inbuilt speakers) The Stereo was stolen at Karachi port but it is replaced by the importer with a Panasonic CD and Cassette player.
4 Head Rests ( 2 rear headrests were stolen at Karachi Port, importer has ordered 2 from Japan and will get in 2 weeks)
Rear Windshield and Rear windows are tinted.
Air Press

The tires in the car were having 13`` black ugly rims and old tires. I installed 14`` alloy rims and Dunlop tires, changing the entire look of the car.

The car has comfortable ride with the new rims and tires. Mileage with in the city is almost 16Km/Ltr and will try it on motorway from Peshawar to Lahore soon so to check the mileage in long route. I have no intension of installing CNG in this car.

nice but these cars have weak engines.

The engines are good enough, they have good acceleration, can maintain speed at motorway and can climb to Galiyat with out embarassing u. They r way better than Mehran in term of power and comfort.

A friend got one 2005 or 2006 Kei in Pearl white. The car is in Peshawar. I will ask his final demnad and let u know. I think that car is Turbo and Manual but I m not sure about the transmission. Will let u know.

A++ expect I would suggest " Use the stock size of rim and tyres"

In pakistan its very common to put over size rim & tyres but eventually it will kill the engine and suspension.
