Hi. My corolla fan coil unit which control flow of air inside cabin has problem.. it has a circular diaphragm which control air flow has dislocated. . I ll show pic later so any one who has idea how to fix DIY or professional who can fix it... so please share
So here are pictures showing corolla 07-08 heating unit from clutch padel site.. here you ll see a diaphragm which rotate via a blue cable connected to knob on dashboard. . This dial is dislodged from heating unit and I find it difficult to fix to all points on heater box so your comments are needed
its a bit difficult, but i suggest you to completely remove the plastic white dial but leave the spring behind the dashboard, clean and reinstall you'll find it easier to reinstall, lay down on passenger side footwell its easier to access from their
Thanks. . Let me do it ..but I am thinking of getting it fixed from either ac service shop of Toyota 3S center
Do it yourself or try Toyota 3S Mine was sticking a bit while moving and I got it removed, lubed and reinstalled by Toyota 3SAc guy might say to open dashboard to make some money
