The engine will definitely produce more heat as it's getting even hotter outside. If you are concerned about overheating then the most obvious differences will be:
1. The Clutch will become soft, with its performance deteriorated.
2. bike engine starting to stall randomly.
If it's not doing either of that then you are fine. If you still feel the bike is overheating, then you should get its tappet adjustment and fuel mixture checked. Tight tappets and too lean mixture might be causing the inconvenience.
