sorry for late reply as I was not using forums, maybe you have already solved the issue in meeting which case I would like to hear how you did it but if not start with the air filter and air intake checking for blockages and try cleaning the MAF very carefully, lean fuel trim happens because either engine is not getting enough air or getting too much fuel. if its nor air then check injectors if they are leaking. Idle speed is also slightly low, have it reset by using a high level scanner such as toyota techstream and not by adjusting the screw on the throttle body. it would get to 800rpm on idle and 690 in D. this things will get you started.

So far, I have personally checked the status of the air filter, the air filter box, and the condition of the pipe going from the air filter box to the TB to ensure there are no blockages. I have also cleaned the MAF sensor using a fairly liberal amount of MAF cleaner spray. The screw on the TB was adjusted to get the idle right, and now my idle RPM is close to 700. Would you still recommend going to someone with a TechStream to set the idle and take a look at the fuel trims?
