urgent help, experts needed

i went to lahore for like 4 to 5 days...when i came back to islamabad my dads car didnt start up...it cranks up properly but do not start at all, before it used to start in a split second
its MB C220 CDI, model 2001 ...and it is manual
the car is otherwise perfect, no problems at alll....
urgently need help
looking for experts...
what could be the possible problem, how much will it cost me to repair and from where to repair ..??

elaborate ur problem a lil bit more plz..... not starting car can be due to 101 different reasons i can mention here... In this way, nobody wud b able to help u bro

i mean, never had any issue with this car...recently i went to lahore on honda city, left this at ma grandpas house...i came bak 2 isb after 5 days....i tried to start the car, it just cranked but did not start up....looked like as in diesel aint comin 2 engine...............well, me confused

dont have much idea about mercedes...

its mercedes, model 2001, 2200cc, diesel, manual and C class

have u tired jump starting it?? i mean tried starting wid another batery or wid help of another batery??

yeah...still it just cranks....but dont start up

try dhakka starting then..... in most situations it helps. If still it won't, then u need some mechanic to actually c it

fuel check?

open the fuel door. sit in the car close the doors and then start it will take some time but do not prolong it cause not good for batt I also had a c180 they ve same problem usually it starts like this if this dosent help bring a mechanic who knows the work of electric as well as engine he will start it in no time and will teach u how to do it if problem occurs in future Hope ur tension will be resolved BEST OF LUCK
