1) Which engine i should swap?
- GA15de and QG15de(complete) are available in sher shah market and shop wala quoting 60k for them
- QG18de also available for 80k
All engines are in pristine condition.
try finding an E-15 engine first, parts are not available for that engine, but if you can find some old piece that has every bits and pieces complete and a good carb, you will be much more relaxed. second option would be GA15de, but then prepare yourself for the carb to EFI conversion problems. QG18 is a big no, you will be stuck with many issues, it can be done, depending on how much knowledge you have regarding the stuff.
2) What changes will be required if I choose QG15? (I know GA15 will be easiest to swap)
axles, hubbs maybe, gear lever modification, fuel pump/EFI tank installation of a newer model, fabrication will be required for tank, wiring know-how, instrument cluster will need to be changed because QG gets VSS input from speedometer, AC pipings to be renewed, electronic thermostat installed in cooling coil, wiring up AC on ECU and AC panel, DLC3 grip for scanning, correct foundations to be found, and much more...
3) Are all the required sensors comes with engine?
obviously.... except if you go for QG, you have to look for oxygen sensors, some come with post-CAT O2.
4) Some people are saying you have to change your fuel tank for EFI setup and you will need new brake paddle and cluster. Is is true ?
the most challenging job in case of B12.
5) If i choose QG18 what changes and alteration will be required
