Danni_KK bro you rock man!!! ... Whether its auto or manual transmission you are a nissan genius.... just as danni bhai told me i set the tps voltage to 0.35 and the issue is gone... however to make it successful had to do one more thing... there were two types of voltage readings... One with ignition on only and one with engine running... When i set it to 0.35 in ignition on and started the engine it dropped to 0.12...but at ignition on it remained 0.35
It is because when we start the engine, the throttle drum pulls the throttle key to itself which changes the voltage... So here is what danni suggested me and i did it... We set the nut of throttle key to make it near the throttle drum in ignition position just the same as when the engine is running and then set the voltage to 0.35... Now the voltage is same in ignition on and engine running and no trrrrrrr sound in ignition nor on D, 2, 1 and R... Drives really really good now and i felt more response from engine after these settings
Furthermore, following is the relation between tps and automatic transmission
The wide open throttle position switch (WOTP) and Closed Throttle Position Swith (CTP) sends signals dirctly to TPS and the TPS regulates the Line Pressure Solenoid Valve for driving condition and line pressure of ATF fluid .... incorrect voltage was continously sending the signal to tranny and activating the Solenoid Valve continously
