actually i m just about to subscribe for wateen internet services. the problems i m having is that i cant decide which limits should i go for...5 GB or 10 GB. i normally only surf websites and chat on ym. very rarely use you-tube... kindly guide which limit will b more suitable for me.. also guide me on the fact that hoe much bytes each normal website takes in order to estimate my use... kindly guide me on this... thanks

im using wateen 1mb Unlimited Thats actually Vunlimited...

At the end of month my downloads reached upto 95GB!

Wateeen dudes sent me msg....

Wateen has gone mad i gas, i dont download much so did not care what was its speed, but for a 256kb connection its kind of over the top, realized it just now as im downloading a game.
I used to get :
Maxcom 1mb=90 - 100 kb.
PTCL 1mb=110 - 120 kb.
Wateen 256kb=150 kb constantly! (for a 256kb connection) :O

well i am also using wateen wimax.
i'll say u should go for 10GB to be on a safer side. because once ur download limit finish then Rs25 is charged for every 100mb.

Go for WI-TRIBE

now they have waived the activation charges for uni students..
at the time of connection u have to pay only 1 monthly charges which is refundable

Youtube speed is very slow on my wateen

as compared to PTCL DSL

Well if u download a lot than 5 GB is nothing, I myself download movies from the net and therefore 5 GB is simply nothing. Just downloaded 2.5 last night.

Go for PTCL DSL. None can compete it!!!

For wireless, EVO is the best option most of the times.

But if you are a stationary customer and wateen/wi-tribe signal is good, u'll get better speeds. Btw I don't like Bandwidth limitations

Copper line is no problem as most of the existing DSL connections are on copper.

They'll first inspect your line before installation. If the line is OK, they'll install it. Otherwise, you'll have to apply for fiber line (I don't know the procedure) or better go for wireless.
