Best cellphone under 20k?

Hey guys My 5800xm just got snatched yesterday

I'm thinking to get a new mobile but under 20k, so tell me you're opinion I really like samsung star(wifi) and nokia 5530.

it will be recommended if you tell me about the phone you used yourself or know someone who used that phone.

My requirements are:

The phone must have wifi

New or used doesn't matter just let me get a rough guess what could i get under 20k

and that's pretty much it.

5530 is the better option. dont go for star if u can spend 20k

in used category

i have used star wifi...it has the best touch i have seen in 30000 .range...

Nokia E71 was awarded the Best Phone of The Year in 2008 and i have personally used it n its a workhorse and tough rugged phone ...

Ok I think buying a new one would be a nice option..

@abidjafri e71 already used it 4 months ago.

@all so 3 votes to samsung star so far .. I have to get a new phone before monday so hurry up tell me which phone to get.

Star doesn't have wifi.... Atleast the one my friend has doesn't don't know about a new version..

About the touch screen i've used a china n95 and it has an equally good if not better touch screen....

I'd suggest that you go for some e series instead of anything else

i would recommend a samsung star wifi version. the price tag is around 16800 rupees. its definitely better to use than nokia 5530. has a faster interface and feels better as well.
the other good option in your budget is sony ericsson c 901. it has got an excellent camera.

am using nokia 2680 slide, again lovely phone user frinedly and valuye for money

Buy Nokia N82 if you want the best 5MP cameraphone with wifi. Dont buy 6220 classic, its keypad is really bad.
