The funniest thing in all that was the reaction of players - Amir, Asif and Salman Butt after those no balls. Amir and Asif both looked at their shoes with a perplexed look on their face. Then Salman Butt came running with sand in his hands and put it in bowling crease - to give the impression that the bowlers are slipping at the crease - wich was not obviously the case and their foot never slipped.
Even without all the damning evidence, those players reaction themselves told how much guilt they had in their hearts that they tried for some pretty lousy acting.
And guys, please don't act like a typical Pakistani fanboy mentality which is that rather than accepting the truths, we start blaming all others for faults within ourselves, start believing on conspiracy theories. It's due to this same attitude we are going down and down, never making an effort to improve our integrity and moral values. Whenever something like this happens, someone or the other pops up and says it's British biased media, American lobby, Israeli Agenda against Pakistan, Indian RAW ploy etc.
If we continue to believe like that, then match fixing, corruption, Sialkot Incidents will continue to happen and people would even accept it as 'normal' behavior which happens, just like someone mentioned above that the players deserve to earn money.
