UPS consumption will vary depending on the load.
Seems like you have a 1.5HP pump. If it is smaller than 1.5HP then the consumption seems high. But consumption can vary depending on manufacturer, and whether motor windings are pure copper or not. Imported pumps usually are much more energy efficient than local ones. And consumption also varies on head (how high you are pumping the water) and also how deep the borehole is.
Secondly you also need to calculate surge current (consumption when the device is switched on). Most motors consume much more energy when they are started as compared to consumption when it is in running. Some things like fridge compressors which might seem to be of low wattage, actually have much higher starting current. You need to keep in mind surge current before putting that appliance on solar.
The way I would calculate power consumption is by taking 3 readings.
