There is a whole process that goes behind all the action. Registeration, bribery, wait list, acceptance from different depts. Hanif abbasi put this project on fast track. He initially wanted to inaugurate this with the new flyover but there was a delay. Btw All these well known MNAs know the elite class of their constituency.
