you can usually bid or buy straight away from the vendors on ebay...I would prefer to buy from the "Top rated sellers" as its their reputation is at stake if something goes wrong with their deal, so far I am quite satisfied with ebay and earned "Yellow star"
Regarding the payment always pay through paypal instead cr card...its secure and handy.

For buying and selling on ebay, you need a Paypal account just, you cant connect anything else with Ebay.

If u just want to purchase than you can use an un-verified paypal account that is an account without your credit card or bank account connected ... Remember, this account can get blocked any time by the Paypal as it would not verified ...

For selling,it is must that you should have a verified Paypal account so for that you would need a bank account in any Foreign country as Paypal does not support Pakistan's bank accounts.

Buying on Ebay is very simple and totally Safe, every seller has a feedback, before purchasing/bidding,you can go through his feedback to check how authentic he is,but again ill say, that no one could do a fraud on ebay.

If,any new seller on ebay makes a fraud, his account will be closed your money would be refunded by a case opened by Ebay.

If you anytime purchase the item from ebay and when you recieve it,if it is not as its described or if its damaged than you can open a case against that seller and ebay would support you. If you do not receive your item or if it gets lost in the way than most of the times sellers are responsible for that and they would issue you a refund.

For selling on ebay, there are certain selling fees which the seller must have to pay,if the seller does not pay the Ebay fees in time than Ebay can take actions against him.

This is the all Ebay Story

As said you need to have a foreign exchange account linked with paypal as unfortunately PKR not lifted by paypal.

Yes, i know. We need a foreign account or a foreign credit card to get the account verified. There are some temporary credit cards (i dont know what these are called), having small amount of say 10£ etc, which can be used for the purpose.

I have no idea of the Temporary Credit cards but Paypal needs the authentic thing, they could also require you to give further proofs of your identity

I remember when I was in process of opening an account with them , there was a lot of fuss as I had to submit my couple of ids , even after they hold my first cash transferred transaction.

Guys I've heard that students are not allowed to have credit cards. In that case what should one do to make purchases or transfer money to his account from other websites. I do have an alert pay (Payza) account which I think is supported in Pakistan. I am still not familiar to it. Help me out for doing purchases and selling.

    Help is Desperately needed!!!!!!

bhai jaan this thing is simple

for ebay you need paypal aur for paypal you need credit card and Pakistani CC ( CREDIT CARDS ) are not supported means you cant make paypal using cc from pakistan which means there is only 2 alternatives which is 1) take to your friend family member who is in abroad have CC to get you verified Paypal account 2) get a prepaid card of the foreign country and get your paypal verified again it is illegal so sooner or later your account will be ban or there are some lucky geeks who are running thr account for years and there is no ban on them

i earned 50 dollars in fiverr dot com and i just transffered that money to the unverified indian account and tell you what whole 50 dollars are in hold cuz it always asks me the cc from india and some how i arranged cc from india but again the title of the cc which be the name mentioned in the paypal during registration so in other sense my 50 dollars gai pani me

Virtual credit cards are very popular for the purpose. Buy any vcc from internet, and use that for verifying paypal account. Then go for ebay.

    Hey,

Buying from Ebay will have two problems:

    1. you need to have a Paypal account or a Credit Card.
Most of the vendors will not accept credit card directly, they will need a verified paypal.

    2. Shipping to Pakistan
Most of the vendors will not ship to Pakistan, and most will not even ship outside USA or wherever they are located.

The shipping charges will also kill the charm of purchasing from ebay.

Let me know what you are looking for maybe I will be able to help you out.

    Regards,

    H.D
