if you are talking about galaxy s3, it can be unlocked for 500 rs from any good unlocking service. But one friendly advice, do check your phone imei first and after the unlock of the phone. some cheap solution change imei to generic imei (many phone with the same imei get blocked by the operator) which is very difficult to revert if you donot have backup of efs partition.
