Thing is, if you follow a healthy lifestyle, not only will it impact positively on your life, it will also have a positive impact on your family/kids/wife. They will also start eating healthy and lets be honest, nobody likes obese and out of shape people. Also, in a country like Pakistan, eating healthy is actually cheaper. Stop using salt, sugar, oil and carbs (rotian). Eat carbs in the morning and eat smaller meals (healthy snacks) through out the day and notice how fast your body changes.
If you are under 15% body fat, you are following a healthy lifestyle and should continue to do so.
If you are from 15-20, you need to cut down on sugar. (if you take two spoons of sugar in your tea, cut it to one). Just make slight changes in your life style and you'll be fine.
