I do eat alot of food. My daily diet includes mostly poultry diet, some beef diet and even vegetable diet. I don't eat eggs (I know they generate great amount of proteins, but basically it's smell is somewhat disgusting that I can't seriously eat it, even if I attempt to even try it, I would end up puking).
All though I'm in states now, we all the time end up eating outside. (Burger King, Wendy's)
I currently weigh about 155 lbs (70 kg) and I'm 17 (within 31 days, I'm turning 18), should I start gym to burn fats and gain muscles? And what machines I should use? I need to get rid of excessive fats and reduce weight, and want muscles.
Don't use these weight gaining crap, they're not recommended for health.
