Customs inspectors make quick cash at EMS / Post offices. No big paperwork is involved (like bill of entry, tax receipts, bank slip, etc). They write inspection report at back side of detention notice that GPO sends to consignee. When consignee visits and parcel is opened in his presence (actually it is opened even before that) they harass and say it's value is incorrect and tell a large amount. DO NOT worry. Be straight forward like a DOG and tell them what you will pay. After little bit of negotiation the amount is agreed. Now, they'll write duty free items (different head) in inspection report like used personal clothes. Take agreed cash. Remove labels and invoice from parcel and deliver it to you. Finished!
