The amount was definately in BILLIONS... Don't remember the exact amount. The latest tranche was being shipped thru via vessels. The FBI agents and the Mexican Anti-Narcotics were quietly tracking all the movements, many times letting them thru the border, eventhough they knew it was drugs, the agents were using the classical approach of bait and switch.

I am just wondering who had the job for bundling up the stash of 100s with a rubber band. LoL... ....

Count the dough and put a rubber band around.... That person would NEVER gotten tired/bored of his/her job.... And bundling up/rubber banding this type of cash is not left to some low ranking member, but someone who is high up... Probably the Queen herself.
