    Default How many km does a 3000cc diesel in a ltr?

    I want to buy a surf or a land cruiser. But I just want to know how many km does it do in 1 litre on average city drive? Anyone who has a 3000cc pls advise. thanks.

    depends on a lot of condition but usualy is between 6-9 u can achieve 7,8 km easily

    the engines u would get in the mentioned SUVs already are optimized for fuel economy and thats all u can get of it, most of the after market products are fake and have nothing to do with saving fuel however proper maintenance and good driving conditions will add to your miles per liter

    Official figures from the toyota dealer is 21 km/litre based on a media road test but figures from other sources varies from 12-14 km/l depending on speed (60-120 km/h) conditions. City driving is estimated to be 10-11 km/litre.
    i get between 12.0 to 14.0 km/l from my 3.0litre D4D TOYOTA Hilux Vigo (Manual gear, Thai assembled).

    A common rail engine like the 1kd-ftv gives about 9 km/l in the city and 12 on highways. conventional diesel engines like the 1kz would give 6-7 km/l at best in the city.

    1kz 6 to 8. my 4164cc LC gives when my father driving is 11.3 when our driver drives it gaves 9 to 10. but when i drive it gaves 6 to 7. depend upon driver as well :p

    My 1kz te gives me 6-7kmpl in lahore...and around 9kmpl on highway...

    Default D4D 3000cc diesel consumption

    Usualy 12 to 14km.

    Depends on what engine and with what technology. Newer diesels can manage 10-12 km per liter with this displacement. Previous generation ones can do 7-9 and old ones do 5-6

    My prado does 7 km per liter in city with ac and on motorway 12km per liter
