HERE I WANT TO SHARE MY A RECENT EXPERIENCE WITH ALL. THIS TIME I GOT TUNNING OF MY DAEWOO MYSELF AS FOLLOWS:-
(A) CHANGED THE ENGINE OIL.
(B) CHANGED THE ENGINE OIL FILTER.
(C) CLEAN THE AIR FILTER.
(D) CLEAN THE SPARK PLUGS.
(E) TOP UP THE BRAKE OIL.
(F) TOP UP THE WATER LEVEL IN RADIATOR
(G) TOP UP THE ELECTROLYTE IN BATTERY BY ADDING DISTILLED WATER.
TOOLS REQUIRED:-
(A) FILTER STRAP
(B) PLUG SPANNER
(C) ADJUSTABLE WRENCH
(D) SCREW DRIVERS SET.
(E) PLIER.
SAVINGS:-
(A) MECHANICS CHARGED 150-200 Rs EXTRA FROM THE ACTUAL PRICE OF ENGINE OIL.
(B) MECHANICS CONSUME COMPLETE 4 LTRS ENGINE OIL. WHEREAS, DAEWOO ENGINE CONSUMES 3.70 LTRS ENGINE OIL FOR COMPLETE REFILL.
(C) MECHANICS CHARGED 100 RS EXTRA IN THE PRICE OF OIL FILTER.
(D) UN-EXPECTED LABOR OF THE MECHANICS.
HOPEFULLY I HAVE SAVED 500-600 RS AT LEAST AS COMPARE TO MY LAST TUNNING DONE BY THE MECHANIC.
