Why do people still have CNG in their cars? I fail to understand because
1. Its not that big a saving worth ot now with such high percentage price increase as compared to petrol
2. If u do the maths over a time period, there is no saving at all. Total remains the same if you add maintainence cost(oils+filters), wear and tear(suspension+engine), car value with CNG and withouy CNG after a few years.
3. CNG not available few days of the week so petrol still is to be used and a car tuned in either one is messed up with use in the other energy source. And when it is available: time is a massive waste (time is money)
CNG might seem like low on the pocket but over a financial years budgeting the difference is negligible enough to be worth it.
