helo friends , i am updating this thread as now its all complete , just want to show here what you can see in this thread as its a huge list so i am simly writing whats not in this thread ,,,,,,, , you can see every thing related to cultus except engine overhaulling , fuel tank/pump and some wiring related stuff , rest all you can get here ,

valves can blow but seats wont go easily ,,,,,,,engine overheats due to some reason and you keep on driving,,,,,,,,,i guess every thing is blown away , pistons , rings , crank shaft and connecting rod bearing , also need to resurface the head ,

due to my good luck, just head value blown. pistons and rings were fine. i have just change the valves n very minor reface head (with hand not on grinding machine). other every thing is still fine after more 43000 kms.

i dont know where you are searching ,,,,,,,,,,you see nazir khan car cooling center in sadar mithu khan ka ahata ,,,,,,,,,,there is a plaza right in frount of it ,,,,,,,,,,,,almost all the shops there deals in liana , baleno and cultus engine parts ,,,,,,,,,i go there to buy some carb parts and almost all of them have cultus carb but they refuse to sell the parts and saying just buy the entire carb which cost 6 to 7 K ,,,,,,,,,,,also look for the shop at sultan kaa khoo, ,,,,,,,,tokyo autos have cultus engine parts ,,,,,,,,,,,the shop on its left is specilist in cultus engines ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,there is another shop in frount of tokyo autos name ghamghol autos , he has dozens of cultus engines and he also sell then in parts ,,,,,,,,,,,i see in his ware house many guys disassambling cultus engines and make them ready to sell in parts ,,,,,,,,,,,,i dont know where you keep on searching ,,,,,,,,,,,

This is Circuit I was talking about . The the relay will latch on ONE push of micro switch and will disengage when the 12 supply turns off.It will not latch again until you press the micro switch.

Any Body explain about the circuit, where are located moter side of starter and ignition 12+ in Suzuki Cultus??

what is the cost and condition of Carborator ?? does it works fine, the pic up of car increase or same as old.

whats problem with your car temperature gauge can you explain?

its kabli one which i got from japan market sultan di koh and yes its working fine its cost me about 7500pkr,my cultus guage down when car is heat up some time when i restart its go to half position then again go to down (strange)

This circuit works like an on off switch.Remove the thin wire connected to the starter motor solenoid coming from the ignition switch and connect it to this circuit ignition side, and other wire from this circuit connect to the same connector on solenoid from where you have remove the connector.

doesn't need to worry, Because in carby cultus, the temp gauge doesn't rise more than middle even engine over heat.so it doesn't help u to prevent engine over heating. 2nd thing, auto fan switch have not any link with temp gauge. it works normal even temp gauge not work properly.

check its wire grip on gauge n also show it to any electrition he will tell u about the condition of gauge.

If the temperature gauge goes down while driving its indicates missing thermostat valve.

how to check thermostat value?

run the cold engine and feel by touching top radiator pipe and bottom radiator pipe to to pipe should be cold until the engine gets to it working temperature.

ok problem is solved now its actually rediator fan which was rotating opposite side after fixing it now temperature guage working properly,thanx u allzz

bro i want to clean carburetor of japanese clutus engine i need its carb user manual but ll b glad if you show me a pictorial view and assist in opening and closing of carb without making a mess.
its just need cleaning as one of the jet gets blocked and engine stalls on increasing acc
