Munawar Gill Got Clean Chit from Rape Case
This is only possible in Pakistan. Law Minister of Punjab quoted that MPA Munawar Gill commited "Zanna" with mutual consent and thus it is not possible to proceed with this case.
I want to know as in Islam if proved than married rapist will be stoned to death and if it is proven now than can we expect same sentence for both parties involved.. to me i certainly doubt it.
