As most of the friends we also visited Kaghan Valley and admired the blessings of Allah bestowed upon us in the shape of most beautiful lush green meadows, snowcapped peaks and marvelous lakes. Following is a glimpse of the stunning beauty of this valley along with a summary of our tour.

The Ansoo lake trek is approximately 9.50 Km long out of which the last 6 to 7 km is quite a steep climb we started the trek from Saif-ul-Malook around 100 AM and reached back around 070 PM i.e. in almost 09 hours.













We stayed the earlier night at the

Forest Guest House (the only building on the banks of the Lake

Saif-ul-Malook

) it was an unforgettable experience and can’t be explained in words. The horses/guide for Ansoo Lake can easily be hired from there however, the caretaker of the Guest House Mr. Khalid arranged the horses for us

We were the second ones to go to Ansoo Lake this year that’s why they got suspicious and came down from their tents to have a closer look on us.
