Can anyone please help?
We have a 1986, 60 Series Land Cruiser with a 12H-T motor. My partner sunk it in a fresh water puddle to the bottom of the head rest and now it has a vacuum problem. We start it with the key, turn key off, remove key from ignition and it keeps running, until you put the vacuum hose on the butterfly diaphragm on the inlet manifold, then it will cut out. But won't start with that hose connected up.
Also the oil, RPM & water Etc. Gauges are inoperative ) and nothing is charging (checked and replaced alternator already).
Deplugged all connections and have been dried
Thanks in advance
