Horrible accident of a custom made car - Page 3

Guys, Today on my way back from tarawari at 12

0 am on margalla road ( parallel to F-10) saw this custom made car smashed on the green belt in between the road. There were couple of cops cars and it was a fresh accident scene. Though it was dark I took only one photo of the smashed car. What i saw on the grass for horrible, blood and some white matter ..... was told by the cops that the injurjed chap was a young boy who was injurjed and carried to the hospital, but what i saw i am fearful for the young lads life.

The thingh i want to highlight is that a lot of guys get these cars custom built without any consideration for safety, the car obviously did not have the mandated turtle guards which protect the head if the car spins on its top. The head of this chap was smashed to the ground with the car weight, though the cisrcumstances of the accident seem strange ; could be high speed or tyre burst ( god knows ) but kindly drive slow and dont drive these custom made car which is playing with your life.

I did not take any other foto except this one, as i felt bad that the poor chap will be fighting for his life and here are people who ( many young people just joking around there as if its a game )

it's sad to see another person go, and that too at such a young age.

once again i urge you all to be safe and think twice before doing anything car related (be it racing or building a project car).

as salman_m5 said this car had no rear suspension and this caused severe handling issues even for the poor kid who died (who didn't usually drive that fast).

many have laughed that i have spent so much money on my VW, but i've always believed that first you need to get the mechanics of tha car right THEN the body etc. I urge you all to think more about your suspension, brakes etc before thinking about crazy engine swaps and turbos.

Please take a moment to pray for the young boy who lost his life too soon and I hope we ALL can learn something from his death.

please don't bother putting up pics of the crashed car, someone has died, please don't put up the pics online., it can cause more pain for the family.

@mods
please delete any further images of this car on this thread regardless if the images could be useful to scare some people into slowing down. they will now do more harm than good.

rozz bhai just directed me to this thread, they were my dads friend, yesterday my dad went to his janazah. they were 2 brothers, this 1 was the younger 1, he was going to GErmany after frew daz, his friend cam n sd to try his car, he tuk the car, car got out of control and smashed into a tree, the owner of the car was thrown out of the car, n hes in comma, where as the deceased boy remained inside, he hadnt worn his seat belt, died on the spot. he was in mid 20s. he was a great person, i went to his big bros marriage 2 yrs bak,

the thing not to WORRY ABOUT THE CAR, THE THING IS TO PRAY FOR HIS BAKHSHISH AND TO PRAY FOR THE BOY WHO IS IN COMMA

ITS WRITTEN WHEN ANYBODY WILL DIE< AND ITS ALSO WRITTEN HOW HE /SHE WILL DIE< ALL WE CAN DO IS PRAY, SO PLEASE ALL OF YOU, ""LEAVE THE CAR"" AND PRAY FOR HIS FORGIVENESS

MAY ALLAH DIRECT HIM STRAIGHT TO JANNATULFIRDOUS n GIVE HIS FAMILY STRENGTH TO PASS THROUGH THIS TRAGIC SITUATION.

its very sad to hear about this sad incident....this poor guy who died was a senior of my cousin at giki....he was 2 yrs senior then him...my cousin also told me this morning about it so i came here to check...its a very very sad accident...i pray to ALLAH for his bakhshish....nd also praying for the other guy to get back to health.....

he was the older one.. younger one is was not with him.. just some clarification for those who think speeding was to blame... actually the cars front right wheel loosened somehow and when he braked the car went out of control... speed was not more than 80 km...

I had also witnessed the accident on my way back to home in E-11. Took couple of pics which are not very clear due to poor flash of phone camera. May Allah (SWT) rest the soul of deceased in peace, give early recovery to injured, and patience to family.

P.S. The time stamp when these pics were taken was 12:44 am, Sept 13th.
