there is no concept of "change mangement" in Pakistan if a mere low life tax paying citizen wants to voice something. Unless I own a few thousand sq kms of land in Pakistan or rub shoulders with the military brass it can't be done - you know that already.
btw - I have actually grafted chopped cars to "registered chassis no" in Pakistan. Done quite a few of them too.

but - c'mon you think a common citizen can actually get the parliament to do something for the country??? technically it happens in democracy - but Pakistan does not work like that, the parliament members only job is to "fill" their pockets and create/modify laws in their favor - questioning or pointing out wrongs usually results in cement shoes or bullet inplace of brains.
