Premium Motors (Pvt) Ltd is the sole authorized dealer for Jaguar cars in Pakistan. We would like to inform the public that Premium Motors under the strict guidance of JAGUAR UK is prohibited to service any unauthorized Jaguar vehicles in Pakistan. We will not provide any After Sales Service, Parts ordering or any other support for such vehicles and will report those vehicles to JAGUAR UK as stolen vehicles.

All Jaguar vehicles bought directly from Premium Motors come with a full 5 year or 250,000kms warranty (whichever comes first). Premium Motors prides itself to offer this industry leading warranty cover on Jaguars as well as Range Rover and Land Rover vehicles.

jajukhan, the title of this thread is Jaguar Auction by Lahore Customs - PUBLIC NOTICE. What does your notice has to do with it? Are you telling everyone not to buy any vehicles from this auction, since you are threatening to not only report them as stolen but not provide any service?

By the way, what exactly would happen if you report a vehicle stolen to Jaguar UK? Will they press a button in the headquarters and the vehicle will cease operation?

Did you happen to obtain permission from the management before posting this ad (Public Notice)?

@riz_ All vehicles are in TRANSPORT MODE and will not go over 40 km/hr.
We will not take them out of transport mode and the engines will seize after 1000kms.

What authority Premium Motors has to declare vehicles purchased from Government of Pakistan as illegal and stolen? Care to highlight any international clauses or any clause from Constitution of Pakistan?

@jajukhan i have read all the posts above visited the link you mentioned the address of Cavalry Ground does not exists there of any of the dealers mentioned there,i highly doubt that you with your associates are interested in discouraging potential buyers to not go to the auction enabling you (might be) to get the cars at your price, all those links do mention dealers of Range Rover or Jaguar but no where is mentioned Buksh Motors or jajukhan so if you still presist to be a dealer of this brand at least you must have your own website(as you are not selling Tea Bags) you mind sharing it with us? and do one more thing paste a banner at the auction place mentioning all this surely you'll get the right answer and do send a notice to Pakistan Customs if these are stolen from UK then international diplomatic rules regarding this surely abide government of Pakistan to return these vehicles to original buyers.

Threat buyers , buy the cars yourself at cheap price as no one bids .... then get them on cheap rates ..... avoiding the hefty amount to be paid.

Anyone who has 3-4 million to dish out on a confiscated jaguar also has the means and guts to take Premium Motors to court on its supposedly prima facie unlawful actions of denying service to vehicles purchased lawfully through open auction from government of Pakistan.

I need not quote various such instances from Consumer court cases. I would also humbly request our Premium motors here to consider the side effects of such a decision which may cause reputational damage to the PM and Buksh brand incase any successful bidder decides to take the whole fiasco in media and possibly Supreme Court.
