take the documents to 15 office and get them checked

15 only do police clearance .... i asking about its documents like FILE which is not with the owner .... rather at Excise Office Islamabad.

go to the eto office, ask about the store where your car registration series documents are kept, there are 3~4 stores in adjacent buildings there, go to that store, ask the person. he will take 200.

now this is the the off the record method, i don't know whats the documented method.

p.s. you will have to take either the original car book or the photocopy of it.

FROM QUETTA ..... Karachi number vehicles are checked by Calling CPLC on its landline number.
and Lahore number vehicles from WEBSITE.

agar ap ke pass file ho tuh wahan islamabad mein ek banda hai woh file check kerta hai os ke badlay mein app say 500 ya 1000 ke cards lay ga. aur file puri check ker ke day ga app ko. ap apni file open ker laina aur woh app ko bataye ga sari history on call. hum tuh isse tarah check kerte hein. dosra koi tareqa nahin

File Excise Taxation Office Islamabad mein hai ........ Agar meray pass hota toh Main khod check kar sakta tha ........ Us mein INVOICE, SALES CERTIFICATE, STAMP PAPER, OWNER NIC, aur kuch dosray papers hotay hien ........... i know them all. But musibat yahi hai kay File nahi hai Quetta mein .......... File Islamabad mein hai.

This is my third car. First two were second hand. Never heard about any file. All you need is registration book or certificate. If you want to transfer the car in your name you have to bring your car to ETO Islamabad office, fill F form and get engine/chassis numbers verified in the adjacent ground. Get challan from, get it stamped, deposit money in bank and submit the F form along with original reg book and they will issue you a receipt mentioning due date to collect it. That's all. No need of original file. Nobody in Islamabad asks for file.
