UBL Autoloan Fraud

Dear members.
I want ur help urgently. I got corola GLI from UBL bank Two years ago.unfortunatley i missed one installment.They repocssed my car. i contacted them and their officials told me to submit next three installements in advance. i am ready to pay advance installements but yesterday they told me that we have sold ur car. even yar i am ready to pay all the remaining loan amount. what to do know if they have sold the car.Till that time i have paid more than 5 lac.

don't waste time nd forward ur application to "Banking Court" or "Banking Mohtasib Court" ... no one can help u except the court ... bcoz bank can't sell car without notice nd never reposses before 3 installment i suggest u to forward application to Banking Court then u will see how the bank officers will before the judge nd submit their problem y they reposses nd sell ur car ...

can u tell me which branch did this all nd who is the autoloan manager of that branch ... INSHALLAH i will try to resolve the problem ... also ur loan number
