Toyota front axles always have a tiny bit of positive camber that cannot be adjusted. It looks weird but that just how they are. What makes you say the rear suspension isn't stable? Lack of upper control arms? Most Japanese 4x4s coil spring suspensions feature only 3 link suspensions which have lower control arms that don't allow the axle to pivot. Therefore, you get two lower control arms attached to the axle tube via two bolts each, and a Panhard rod across the top of the axle tube to prevent sideways movement. It's a more compact, cheaper, and easier to assemble design than a four link but it doesn't have the same axle articulation.
