How things work is the seller and buyer agrees upon a final payment, the seller tells the real condition of the engine transmission suspension etc.
Buyer pays a token, take a test drive...
1. He finds a problem? Negotiate the price or leave the car and get his token back, why?
Because the seller gave his word transmission is 100% fine while the gear was slipping..
Because the car engine was loosing compression
The suspension was not in good nick as described.
- The car is actually in described condition? OK pay rest of the amount get the car.
