A big thank you to drzac for this post. I am one of those who believe that the Vezel will be a serious contender in our market in times to come. Was playing around with the idea of buying one, specially considering the dearth of options in the 3-3.5mln price range and this post has played a major role in convincing me to go for it. Alhamdolillah, I have purchased a 2015 Pearl White Z Grade Vezel (brand new) which will hopefully be on the sea sometime next week. Now the agonising waiting period begins...
Going through this post today, I noticed someone had mentioned that you cannot drive hybrid cars during heavy rains or in deep puddles/flooding. To check on this, I tried to find a Vezel manual online and managed to find one that had been translated to English. And yes - there is a section that warns against using the vehicle in flooded areas, puddles or in heavy rain. That's not a major problem here in Karachi because it doesn't rain very often but for lahore, drzac please be careful. Once my Vezel is here, I will try to do justice to it with a post like this one.
Once again, thanks drzac for making the decision easier.
