Its no problem in city, as I already had good quality pump for my Prado which refilled air under 5 minutes. I never had to use spare wheel in city, I would just refill air and take it to puncture shop. The main problem is on longer routes, especially north where you can't find puncture shop for hundreds of kilometers and that too on bad road condition which makes air leakage worse.
I am thinking about purchasing compact spare wheel that would fit Vezel and take it with me when going out of city. I can't even imagine of driving on Karakoram Highway or any isolated northern road without a spare wheel. Last year, shortly after leaving Naran I sliced my tire with a big sharp metal piece on road which rendered the tire useless. I used my spare wheel to come back all the way to Rawalpindi from where I purchased new tire as I couldn't find the right size in Abbottabad. If I didn't have spare wheel at that time, I would've been stranded there with my family at mercy of passerby for help.
Spare wheel is a must for going out of city!
