Thanks for giving me honour to open this club.

Since the no. of platz owners is increasing gradually in Pakistan, it is now necessary to have our own club sothat we share our technical knowledge, our experience and problems with each other.This will help many members in maintaining their rides properly, searching for spare parts and so on.So here is our own club. All Platz owners and fans are welcome to participate and contribute towards this club to keep it always up.

I bought my platz just 2 weeks back which is a/t, 1.0L engine, navy blue metallic colour, 2002 model. I bought it in 480k.It is registered but has no cng.I found it very reliable, more spacious and more comfortable than my earlier city99.It has all the features one could wish to have in his car.So far, I am very satisfied with it. Here are a few pics of my ride:

but this guys platz doesnt seem to be with full options. if i m not wrong, it only has one air bag and no power mirrors. correct me if i m wrong

awrite. cause generally platz with black bumpers are of the lower grades with no co-driver airbag and no power windows. so ur car has two airbags ??

its having power windows,power side mirrors,auto/tx,cruise cont but having 1 short comming its having only 1 srs... for driver only model 2003 imported2006

Asalam o Alaikum everyone...here I am with another problem with my car.My driver hit the car on a pole while backing up.tThe rear bumper is damaged (torn). Can anybody tell me where I can find one in Hyderabad or Karachi?

I heard Toyota Southern in khi usually deals with body parts of imported vehicles.Please help me out...Also mention its cost

Can some one told me who have platz 2001 i down load all type of manuals for the location of engine No. but in my car i cannot find the engine no. chessi no. is clearly written so i need help me to guide me to find the engine no. in my book engine no. is mention ?my email address is mushtaqnawab@gmail.com

Chasis No can be found when u lift the boonet of car there is plastic covering right under neath the second viper, open it up and u have chasis no, still looking for engine no havent foun it yet, anyone help in this matter is appreciated thankyou

I have Platz 2005, problem is that engine indicator light comes on after few minutes of driving but as you turn off engine and start again it goes away for few minutes of driving, can anyone tell me what is the problem or where can i have it checked in islamabad. Thankyou.

sory i thought you were asking for both i have been looking for it myself so i decided to check out the vitz forum as well here is the page/post which mentions the engine no.

since both vitz and platz have same engine i guess it will apply, i will check mine tommorow and post it back

i have been running it on cng since i got it (4 days). Previous owner was running it on petrol mainly, dont know if he had the same problem or not. will ask.

on cng it shows the check eng lite....but no solution to that... n no danger in that
it is coz of all sensors calliberated on petrol...~!
its not problematic dear
iam running my 1.3 platz for last 1 year on cng... never found any prolem... even that light lits on cng...~!

Thanks Man, i have another question if anybody can help where can i find the original LCD and where where can i have it installed, i have the back view camera and gps hardware(redundant in pakistan) but no LCd screen, it was removed by previous owner after malfunctionaing, and can the same lcd be connected to play DVD'd?
