Ok so I needed to get the auto fan on, and thermostat valve inside, so that I can enjoy some warm air. I got all the things set, and below are some of the findings:
Case 1: No thermostat valve, Direct FAN
In this case, the temperatue guage needle barely moves up. In winters it doesnt even touch the start of white zone on the guage.
In summers, it sometimes rises, but it is always inside the white zone.
Case 2: No thermostat valve, Auto FAN
The temperature rises ONLY when the car is standing still, and that too very slowly. The fan starts at mid point (point B on
picture). If the car is moving, then the temperature is usually below white, and rarely inside white zone, mostly below.
Case 3: Thermostat valve, Direct FAN
The temperature rises VERY slowly above the white bar (point A in picture). It stays there even when car is stopped or moving.
Case 4: Thermostat valve, Auto FAN
When the car is stopped, the temperature rises VERY VERY slowly till mid (point B in picture), then the fan starts. If the car is moving, the temperature drops down to point A (in picture), and while movement it stays at this position, and the fan is off. Fan only starts at point B.

Ok so, in all these cases the temperature of the air is not very warm, except in case 4, when the car is stopped and temp at point B.
And also, are they suppose to act this way? Thermostat valve and the temperature sensor dont seem to be working together.
Any thoughts? @testdriver
