No one can keep a non custom car no matter how well approached he is. Just let me know whosoever is driving such car without lettin yourself known, and see how quickly his cars go away from him. I can quote you ppl from govt as siting ministers using such cars and caught and their cars impounded.

well bro if thts true come to karachi n ill show u how many non custom paid cars running freeley here well abt custom duty well custom official personally drive non custom paid cars infact there relatives enjoy those non custom paid vehicles well army official use non custom paid vehicles too wat they do is to make sum pass dont xcat rem the correct name of it after that they dont have to pay single rs the same pass issue to embassy official now come to police officials they use such non custom paid cars well this end never lasts sir g..... lol well yea thats true they catch non custom paid cars to use them well yeh Non custom paid cars asman sai nahi aati merey bhai everyone is involve they take bribe and allow them to enter through afghanistan and afterwards catch them n use them and after tht auction them Mera Pakistan mahan well i have 76 model wagoneer jeep a frnd of mine is in custom he once asked me to sale it to him i asked why u need this he replied bhai merey non custom main new model pakri hai is pai woh dalni hai

Yaar i don't think the FC in islamabad can catch the people drivin NCP cars btw nobody can harm you in Rawalpindi cuz theres no check post nothing, you can freely roam around, This is PAKISTAN, everything is possible bros!their are thousands of people who drive em, they can't catch all ov em. n yea its a crime!

Simply put it's illegal and you dont want to put yourself in trouble. Imagine if your car is caught when you are driving with family. Some people may encourage you to drive a NCP car but its ilegal.... I was getting a mazda RX7 1998 I guess in mint condition for only PKR. 85 000 in quetta. I just didnt take it. The offer also included adding another 65k to be delivered to Isb with Loralai registration - I simply refused.

There is a special team in isb catchin ncp cars even so people wit high approaches r strugglin to keep ncp cars inc govt officials n big businessmen there keepin an eye on cars like cruisers n bmw. Every car that enters is havin a background check on em

Yaar i think the officials of custom department can drive ncp cars cuz they donr have to pay the custom n same is the case with embassy officers, they drive Ncp cars n when the are sold the one whose buying em has to pay the custom.
