Default Difference between Cultus VXRi and new VXRi Euro II

    Dear Pak wheelers

Im quite confused about the new cultus vxri euro2 as what new specs they have added in the car since old cultus vxri was also efi and if euro 2 mean only efi than wasnt it compliant with it earlier.

Euro II is European emission standards, its more environment friendly than Euro I i.e. old cultus models.

It doesnt means that it will be more fuel efficient.. It would just be throwing less poisonous gasses from the exhaust..

Today i called Mandviwalla motors and they informed me that there is no change in the shape or fuel economy of the car, they have added a catalytic converter on the silencer (from where the smoke emit) to make it more environment friendly and for adding that they have increased car price by 25k.

I dont see any worth in new cultus to change it with my cultus make september 2011

Little correction, catalytic convertor + euro II sticker = 25k.

    Vxl discontinued? Holy crap, cultus!

It is better to buy a vitz/mira/passo rather than this dabba.

I am pretty sure that this "cat converter" will get removed very very very quickly by mechanic bhai loag - they will say that "yeh dholki bohat garam hotee hai" nikaal do - sirf kompany paisa bananey ke liye yeh laga rahee hai"It will fit nicely along the same techniques ofAlways use plain water in radiatorAlways remove thermostat valveengine fan should always run d'rect with keyTooning har maheenay karaya karoAlways spray deezal aur tail serviss ke baad(new addition for cat here)
