Honda civic 2013 : Pakistan launch

Good news for all Honda Civic fans in Pakistan that Honda has now confirmed its availability of the New Civic between October and November this Year (2012). The production of current model has been stopped ( CONFIRMED NEWS ). Honda Atlas is now in the process of clearing stock.There is no exact word on its price, but it is estimated that it will fall between 21 lac and 23 lac depending on the model.

INSHALLAH CIVIC IS ABOUT TO BE LAUNCHED IN MOST LIKELY SEPTEMBER....maybe its booking starts prior to the official launch but thts unconfirmed....

What shud be the fair price for a 0 meter Brandnew Black Vti Oriel prosmatec (current/ Reborn shape) ... it is not exactly 0 meter has done like 200 plus kms but is 2012 model and like brandnew with original plastic on seats and tht strong brandnew fragrance ....

want to share an exprience...rented the civic in thailand and believe u me its a hit car in my prespective...exterior looks good and the rear is good too....doesnt look like a city from anywhere...interior rocks, whtever ppl may say abt this car it shall help honda recover bak its lost market share in pak

From the rumors about the new features being introduced in the new model of Civic in Pakistan, I wonder if the used car import statistics pushed them into putting in all these new features?

If so, it would show the positive effect competition from imports has had for the consumers.

even if people in Pakistan like the new civic it can never capture ground breaking market share, reason; high price tag & people now can't afford an auto lease. Obviously there will be many on roads by Jan 2013 but many can't afford a basic 2 mil civic. it will do well only in major urban cities & that will constitute only few hundred's to thousand units in first 4-6 months of its sale.

I'll go for civic, toyota altis is not a good option. GLi & XLi are going to give a headache though to city & civic lol. so market share will be same as before for Honda Atlas, but in my view it will be worse off with the strategy Honda is going with, so expect smaller cars by Honda next year.
