Even with the whine gone after a pressure wash... i got more worried that something big may happen.
Finally i decided to overhaul the pump.
Sorry for no pictures, as i work alone and i don't want to waste time in keeping proof of the work.
Split the pump, took the old seals, o-rings, bearing, etc. to Honda dealer and got complete new set for it. Also got Honda genuine PSF, 1 litre bottle.
Assembled back by the book.
Had trouble bleeding the system after refilling the reservoir. Finally got it done by sucking air through the tube attached for draining the fluid. after half an hour of tries to bleed out air, i succeeded.
The pump is working flawlessly.
@Xulfiqar: i closely observed the wear of the vanes. The golden coating at the round edge of the vanes had no signs of wearing. Due to bad bad bad bearing, there was a little wear on the rotor's side and the plate wear that rotor touched.
The new fluid got darker. I believe that is due to little old fluid left behind.
I will share the condition of the old bearing, i am sure the rotor was not running on it...
Here is the old seals, o-rings and bearing(not in a single piece, only had 7 balls, rest got lost)
Here is my rebuilt PS pump, just as new...
